8-Step TMT Manufacturing Process

High-grade iron ore and limestone are extracted to form the foundation of pure steel.
Mining & Ore2
Coal is baked in oxygen-free ovens to create Coke, the essential high-energy fuel.
Coke Ovens3
Materials are melted at 1500°C to create liquid Pig Iron, the starting point of metal.
Blast Furnace4
Oxygen is used to burn off impurities and excess carbon to create pure liquid steel.
Steel Refining5
Molten steel is poured and cooled into solid square blocks called Billets.
CCM Casting6
Glowing billets are stretched and squeezed through rollers to gain their ribbed shape.
Rolling Mill7
The TMT Magic: Sudden water quenching creates a super-hard outer shell with a flexible core.
TMT Treatment8
The final high-strength TMT bar, certified for earthquake resistance and durability.
